Information / Delivery

Delivery is calculated using the weight, size and packaging costs of a particular product and dependent on the region you would like the goods delivered to. In some cases, certain products are only available to UK residents. If you intend to send products to more than one address, please add the additional address(es) at Step 2 of the Checkout procedure. See 'How to Shop' for more information. An alternative delivery address incurs no additional charge, however further delivery addresses added will incur an additional charge per address added.

We aim to deliver your goods within 2 - 7 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that an item is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

R. K. Alliston does not aim to make any profit on the postage costs.

Next Day Delivery:

This service is only available for phone orders placed between 9am-1pm Monday–Thursday. Please notify us when placing your order if you require this service. Order needs to be placed before midday for next day delivery (excluding weekends). A supplementary  charge of £2.95 will be added to the standard postage charge at time of purchase.

Saturday Delivery:

This service is available on phone orders placed before 1pm Friday, for delivery following Saturday. A supplementary  charge of £4.95 will be added to the standard postage charge at time of purchase.
