Q: Who deals with Press enquiries? A: Please call 0845 130 5577 or e-mail hege.scholtz@rkalliston.com for any press enquiries. Alternatively, fax your requirements to: 01225 421 001 and we will let you know whether the items or images you require are available for loan.
Q: How do I check whether an item I wish to order is in stock? A: Call our mailorder services between 9am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am and 6pm and Sunday 11am and 3.00pm, and they will be able to check the stock of a particular item.
Q: Who do I speak to regarding Garden Design or Maintenance? A: Please call 020 7731 8100 to discuss your requirements or email gardens@rkalliston.com.
Q: I have a product that you may be interested in selling at your shop. Who do I contact? A: Please call 0845 130 5577 or email info@rkalliston.com. Please provide us with some information on your company and details about the products you think we may be interested in.
Q: Does R.K. Alliston supply products to the trade?
A: Please send details of the product that you are interested in plus the quantity that you would like to purchase. Send it to info@rkalliston.com and we will get back to you on the availability of stock.
Q: Does R.K. Alliston sell gift vouchers? A: Gift vouchers are available in £5, £10 and £20 and can be purchased over the phone on 0845 130 5577. All giftvouchers will be supplied with a card with matching illustrations, and an envelope.
